Returns

  • The return period is 1 month after the delivery date.

  • Easy return: Please fill out the return form and send your order back to us. A return label is not provided by LONGTIME HAIR and is therefore the responsibility of the buyer.

  • The following applies to extensions: In order for a return to be possible, you may take the hair out of the packaging to match it with your hair color. Please note that for reasons of hygiene, the cable tie must not be severed. Otherwise a return is not possible!

  • The following applies to care products: In order for a return to be possible, the seal must not be damaged for hygienic reasons. Care products can only be returned if they are unopened and undamaged.

  • The following applies to accessories: In order for a return to be possible, the packaging must not be damaged for hygienic reasons. Accessories can only be returned if they are unopened and undamaged.

  • The payment will be refunded in the same way that we received the payment. (Exception: payment method "cash on delivery". Please provide your bank details)
